He remarked that Liberation Day is not only a commemoration of Bulgaria’s struggle for freedom, but also a celebration of national unity and determination. He noted that the sacrifices made by the Bulgarian people in pursuit of independence continue to inspire nations around the world that cherish peace, dignity, and self-determination.
Referring to the friendly relations between Pakistan and Bulgaria, Senator Bilal Mandokhel shared that the two countries enjoy ties built on mutual respect and goodwill. He observed that over the years, cooperation in areas such as trade, education, cultural exchange, and parliamentary engagement has strengthened understanding between the peoples of both nations and created a positive foundation for continued interaction.
He further expressed hope that there is ample opportunity to expand people-to-people contacts and explore collaboration in fields including technology, agriculture, and renewable energy. He emphasized that such engagement can help deepen friendship and promote shared progress in the years ahead.
